The meeting of the Nahant School Committee held on Tuesday December 16, 2003 was called to executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel issues and collective bargaining strategies, not to return to open session.

CALL TO ORDER: Executive Session was called to order by Gailanne Reeh at 9:20pm.

Personnel issues were shared with the committee.

Initial discussions on collective bargaining strategies were discussed.

ADJOURNMENT: On a motion by Mike Rauworht, seconded by Tom Coffey, the committee voted to adjourn the Executive Session. The motion passed unanimously.

The executive session was adjourned at 10:00pm.
